SHOULD PEOPLE CHOOSE CAREER FOR MONEY OR HAPPINESS?






There are different   reasons for people to choose their careers ,its either for money(high paying jobs) or following  passion. following  passion does not always translate into a high paying job but as for money you care less about the job and care more about the salary.

As for me following your passion is the best because that can make you to be able to sacrifice your personal things for your job if necessary, it brings happiness , less of stresses and ethical practises. many people think  that some jobs are less in value than others because of the salary paid, but I say it depends whether you have a passion for that particular job or not, if a person chooses to do medicine because of salary and status while the passion is in teaching then that makes medicine less in value to that particular person.

choosing career because of money could lead to  difficult employees, unhappiness and lots of stresses caused by that particular job. Therefore passion is more important than money.

    That is true, many people choose certain careers because of their salaries, and later on, they suffer lacking ability to work on those careers.

    Truely we have to choose jobs not for how much it pays but for how effective we are on that job and that brings happiness. ..

    You can't choose job because of money, at the end of the day you will quit your job because it's not what you wanted and you don't enjoy what you doing.

VAT INCREASED FROM 14% TO 15%. There is a massive gap in the country's finances, to put it bluntly. South Africa has an R48  billion hole in the fiscus that needs to be filled , and part of finance minister  Malusi Gigaba's solution in last week 's 2018 budget was to push up value-added tax (VAT)  by 1 percent point, as of 1 April 2018.This is the first increase in VAT in 25 years . Joubert emphasized that  not everything you spend on will be affected essential items and services such as zero -rated foods,rent and accommodation, interest on loans and school fees are all exempt. Vat will mostly effect  negatively poor  because they will have to pay more of which they receive low incomes but as for rich people wiill not  even realise the increase of vat but poorer will face consequently of Vat.Then what does this increment mean to the taxpayers.
